Affiliate Agreement

Program eligibility

Verified paying RI customers may apply after accepting this Agreement. Approval is required before promotion begins. RI may decline, suspend, pause, or close an affiliate account for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, legal risk, or violation of these terms.

Direct referrals only

RI uses a single-tier program. You earn commissions only from customers directly attributed to your referral code. You do not earn from referrals made by people you referred. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, cookie stuffing, impersonation, unsolicited messages, and deceptive claims are prohibited.

Commission rates and term

Eligible subscription payments earn 20 percent and eligible credit-pack purchases earn 10 percent during the twelve months following the referred customer's first paid RI purchase. Free credits, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, and fraudulent transactions do not earn commission.

Attribution

A valid referral code is stored for up to 90 days. The first valid RI referral attached to the customer account controls attribution. Existing customers and customers already attributed to another affiliate are not reassigned.

Approval and payment

Commissions remain pending for 30 days. Full or partial refunds and chargebacks reduce or void the related commission. Later reversals create an offset against future earnings. Cleared balances of at least $25 are prepared monthly on the 15th after required identity, tax, and payout setup is complete. Smaller balances roll forward.

Payout and tax setup

RI uses a secure payment provider to collect identity, bank, and tax information and to deliver approved payouts. Available payout countries depend on the provider and RI's platform configuration. RI does not store your bank account or complete tax form. You are responsible for your taxes and for keeping payout information current.

Promotion rules

Describe RI truthfully, disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, and follow advertising, endorsement, privacy, and anti-spam laws. You may not bid on RI or ReelTime trademarks, register confusing domains, promise guaranteed results, or present yourself as RI staff without written permission.

Changes and termination

RI may change prospective rates or program rules with notice. Properly earned cleared commissions remain payable after termination, subject to fraud review, offsets, minimum payout rules, and law.
