Disconnect connected accounts

Open RI, open your account menu, choose Social accounts, and disconnect each destination you no longer want linked. This removes RI's stored authorization for that destination. You can also revoke RI from the destination's own connected-app settings.

Remove projects and media

Delete unwanted projects, generated media, scheduled publications, and automations inside RI before closing your account. Cancel scheduled posts separately if they have already been sent to a destination.

Request full deletion

Use Help inside RI while signed in and request account deletion. Include the RI account name you want removed. The request will be verified before account-level data is deleted or anonymized where retention is not legally required.

Timing

Verified requests are processed within 30 days. Backups and security records may remain for a limited period before routine expiration. Content already published to an external destination must be removed from that destination separately.
