Information RI processes

RI processes account details, project content, generated media, publishing instructions, schedules, automation settings, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. When you connect a social account, RI also processes the account identifier, approved permissions, and authorization tokens supplied by that destination.

Google user data

When you choose to connect a Google account, RI accesses only the Google user data and permissions you approve for the connected feature. This can include your Google account email and profile, selected Drive files, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar events, Gmail messages or drafts, and YouTube channel content. RI uses that data only to provide the user-facing feature you request, such as reading a source you select, creating a document or file you approve, preparing an email draft, scheduling an event, or publishing a video.

RI stores connection tokens in encrypted form and retains connected-source content only when you add it to an RI project. RI does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google user data is not used for unrelated purposes. Where you ask RI to use selected Google content in an AI task, RI processes that content through the configured service providers solely to deliver the result you requested.

You can disconnect a Google account in RI at any time. Disconnecting removes RI's stored authorization and requests token revocation at Google. You can also revoke RI's access in your Google account settings and use RI's Data Deletion page to request removal of RI data.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, generate and organize content, connect accounts, publish or schedule approved posts, run automations you enable, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and improve RI.

When information is shared

RI sends content and account information to a connected destination only when needed for an action you request or an automation you enable. Information may also be processed by infrastructure providers that help operate RI, or disclosed when required by law. RI does not sell personal information.

Retention and protection

Information is retained while needed to provide RI, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. RI uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information processed, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can disconnect social accounts, cancel scheduled work, change automations, and remove content from RI. You can also revoke RI from a destination's account settings. See the Data Deletion page for removal instructions.

Children

RI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Updates

This policy may be updated when RI or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
